BECOMING IS BETTER THAN BEING
pasobra akinan nos ta Biba
I started out with a dream and moved forward with passion to accomplish the unattainable, to accept the unacceptable, to turn challenges into opportunities and to always push boundaries in government and to call for innovated changes in the political culture of patronage and nepotism.
Caring for the elderly means that we celebrate the things that they can still do while helping them in what they cannot do without our help anymore. It is our duty not only to continue to support them in their needs but also to continue to provide for them and care for them.
Addiction is ‘the struggle’ that breaks family’s, communities and individuals all together. We must better the system if we long to give a chance to the fellow man.
State nursery must become a reality. Teen mothers should be given the opportunity to try again and / or achieve their goal so that they don't end up at the bottom of the ladder of society, but continue to grow along with their child.
Community is being together among each other. Accept and respect our differences, have patience and tolerance for what we don't have in common. And protect what is essential for its existence.
Motivation is like water, it makes it bloom, it gives and sustains life. I would like to motivate others by making them believe that there is always hope, no matter the mess, there is always a message.
Being and doing who I am, while remaining accountable and authentic to standards that had been set in advance. There are things one can’t compromise on.
